I want you to love what you order from StapleSelect.today. If something isn’t right, here’s how I’ll make it better:

1. When You Can Return an Item

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery​ if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • It’s defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered

  • Note:Some items (like personalized/customized products) may not be returnable.

2. How Refunds Work

  • Once I receive and inspect your return:

    Approved refunds​ go back to your original payment method.

    ⏳ Refunds typically take 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank).

3. What I Can’t Refund

I’m unable to accept returns for:

  • Items past the 30-day window

  • Products damaged by accident or misuse after delivery

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

4. Start Your Return

Email me directly at support@stapleselect.today​ with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if there’s damage or a defect)
