I want you to love what you order from StapleSelect.today. If something isn’t right, here’s how I’ll make it better:
1. When You Can Return an Item
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
It’s defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered
Note:Some items (like personalized/customized products) may not be returnable.
2. How Refunds Work
Once I receive and inspect your return:
✅ Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
⏳ Refunds typically take 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
3. What I Can’t Refund
I’m unable to accept returns for:
Items past the 30-day window
Products damaged by accident or misuse after delivery
Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)
Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if there’s damage or a defect)
