1. Shipping Areas & Carriers
Domestic (U.S.): Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on size, speed, and cost.
International: Available upon request—contact me first for rates and delivery estimates.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM CST ship within 1–3 business days (excludes pre-orders or custom items).
Weekends/holidays: Processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs & Delivery
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
Orders under $50: Flat fee of **$4.99** (Standard) or $8.99 (Expedited).
Delivery times: 3–7 business days (contiguous U.S.). Rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Returns & Exchanges
My mistake (wrong/damaged item): I cover return shipping.
Your return (change of mind): You pay return shipping; I cover replacement shipping.

5. Important Notes
Address accuracy: Double-check your shipping address! I can’t redirect packages after shipment.
Weather delays: Extreme conditions (blizzards, storms) may impact delivery—I’ll notify you if affected.
